Maths Week England - Maths and Art by 3D

As part of Maths Week England, Year 3 have been learning how illustrators use 2D shapes to create realistic drawings. In 3D, we experimentally drew around shapes to create different forms. We then created a drawing of a person using kites, circles, squares and rectangles. Here are a few photos of the process and our first drafts!
