Author Visits

Sharing their books and love of writing!

We pride ourselves at St George's is sharing amazing books with our children every day.

Books are at the heart of our curriculum and we use them to spark incredible, engaging learning and to aim to achieve maximum impact in our children's reading and writing standards.

In the past couple of years we have really enjoyed welcoming many high profile authors into our school.  We recognise how inspiring it is for our children to meet real life writers and be able to ask them questions first hand.

We have had the following people here:

Rachel Rooney ~~~~~ Michael Rosen ~~~~~ Frank Cottrell-Boyce
