China Partnership
Since 2017 St George's has developed a strong partnership for learning with Jingmao Primary School. Jingmao Primary School is based in the garden city of Taicang. That city has about 1 million residents and is close to Shanghai. It located on the east China coast be the mouth of the Yangtze river.
The partnership has involved visits from staff and pupils.
Our children are also learning the geography and culture of the region. Children visiting China also attend Chinese language and culture lessons.

Please note that our Chinese language and culture sessions started on November 30th. They will run every Friday from 3.15pm to 4.30pm.
