Year 4 Harvest outdoor learning

Today in our outdoor learning session, we learnt about Harvest festival, and the different types of food and celebrations that are happening at different times all over the world.

We worked together to think about the life cycle of some of our harvest fruits and the nutrients required for our crops to grow. We then got to pick our own fruits from the trees grown in our centenary garden. We washed our fruit and ate it for our break time snack.
