Our two kitchens are run by Mrs Rose Molyneux, Catering & Hospitality Manager and a team of qualified staff.  The school is supported by professional catering consultants who check our meals meet the national standards for nutritional value.

School menus are run on a termly basis, with a three week rotation. Please click on the link below to see this term's opetions.

We charge £2.30 for each school lunch and £1 for nursery children who say with us all day. This is to cover kitchen and food costs and should be paid in advance on Parent Pay. We do not want debts to mount up, if you are having difficulties paying please contact the school office.

The Universal Free School Meal for infants is well underway.  The Lower site kitchen is providing lunch for over 450 children a day.  All get to choose from a nutritious and exciting range of food. 

If you do have any questions about the catering provision at St George's Primary School please contact the Catering & Hospitality Manager via the school office.

If you do provide a packed lunch for your child please remember we have a number of children with serious nut allergies.  We therefore ask parents to avoid sending in any nut based foods into the school to reduce the risk of serious allergic reactions.

As part of our St George's Day celebrations our catering team will be running a week of Great British food! This will include fish and chips and a roast dinner as always plus a picnic lunch and steak pie. The menu for the week is attached below.
