Friday 17 May 2024 Year 4 Cathedrals Trip The Year 4 pupils thoroughly enjoyed their trip to Liverpool to visit the Metropolitan and Anglican Cathedrals. They explored the similarities and differences between the two cathedrals. Here are a few photographs!

Monday 6 May 2024 F2 Careers Assembly The children had a great time learning all about what an A&E nurse does. We looked at some photos of hospitals and then looked and got to use some of the equipment that doctors and nurses use on patients, we used stethoscopes, pulse machine, oxygen masks, bandages, and slings. The children loved listening to how the equipment was used and how it helps people. A huge thank you to Niamh for coming in and talking to us.

Thursday 25 April 2024 Year 5 Sustainability Expo On Thursday 25th April, year 5 took part in a Sustainability Expo hosted by Innovation X, as part of a Sustainability Week. The children were invited to think about all the different ways that they could make changes to show that they can create a more sustainable future. They collaborated together to create poetry, artwork, innovations for the future as well as taking part in a sustainable fashion show. The Eco Ambassadors kicked off the Expo with a rousing speech and a very clear message to Mr Cassidy of how, as a year group, they would like to make changes within school to more towards being even more sustainable.
