Managing Safeguarding Allegations
All members of a school community should understand the importance of ensuring that any safeguarding allegations against staff or supervising adults are managed correctly.
At St George's Mr Cssidy and Mrs Skarrats-Jackson are trained in managing allegations. If the allegation is against a senior member of staff this would be managed by govenrors.
We work closely with our Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) who advises us on the management of any safeguarding allegations against staff or supervising adults.
