Here at Dragon Club all our bookings are made via our iPAL booking system, once you have registered to our iPAL you will be guided through setting up and managing your account. We use iPAL for all bookings and payments for Dragon Club. Please see links to tutorial videos below.  (We suggest you book mark this link)

Bookings can be made individually or in bulk, you will be given various payment options upon completing your booking process. If you have made bookings for the entire school year then you can select partial payment. Partial payment will allow you to pay monthly installments, please note that payment is expected in advance so please ensure you pay for the following month before the 28th - iPAL will email you reminders so please mark as safe.

We have a cancellation period of 1 day; you are unable to cancel and be refunded for any bookings coming up within the next day. Should you no longer require your child to attend during this period then please log in, click notes and put that your child is not attending for that session.

We advise all our users to watch the walk through video linked in this page and use the video guides should you need support on using iPAL for the first time.

We accept all childcare vouchers.

We also accept the Goverment Childcare Payment Scheme. - You'll submit these in the checkout section of our booking system as vouchers.
