5D and 5E - York Residential
Our Year 5 children in classes 5D and 5E have had an amazing time on their residential trip to York (in glorious sunshine). During their visit, they explored the city’s fascinating history and geography by walking along the ancient city walls, discovering what life was like for the Vikings at the Jorvik Centre, and enjoying a scenic cruise along the River Ouse, where they learned how the river has influenced York over time. On their final day, the children visited the magnificent York Minster and will take part in more exciting activities and experiences. The children were impeccably behaved and have made some super memories!
