Animals Takeover Year 4!

Tuesday was full of surprises; an owl, a python, a gecko and a tarantula visited our classrooms. Thankfully, with their owner Lyndsay, who told us lots of facts which helped us to classify them. Did you know that pythons are born in eggs?

In Science, the children continue to explore ways we can group and classify animals building on our prior knowledge of animal types. Next week, we will be making comparisons with animals we find in our local area.
