How to Prepare

  1. Clear Your Space: Make sure you have enough room to move safely without bumping into furniture.

  2. Warm Up First: Protect your joints and muscles—spend 5 to 10 minutes stretching and warming up before pressing play.

  3. Focus on the Details: Pay close attention to timing, arm placement, and facial expression. Technique gets you noticed; energy makes you unforgettable!

  4. Record Yourself: Rehearse in front of a mirror or film a quick run-through on your phone to spot areas you can refine.

Get ready to step into the spotlight!

Stage-Ed had a special guest last week, Disney Cruise and West End star Cara.

To bring you an exclusive dance performance piece designed specifically for Stage-Ed pupils to practise, perfect, and perform.

During the session, our pupils learned this routine from scratch and did it brilliantly!

Now they are practising, ready for their Stage-Ed performance: Friday 4th December, Claremount Church, 3.00 pm
