Y5 Arrive in York!
Year 5 have had a fantastic first day in York! Spirits were high as the children explored the historic city, kicking off their adventure with a memorable journey along the River Ouse. As they travelled the waterway, they spotted key landmarks and began to piece together York’s rich history and geography. The children showed great enthusiasm, curiosity, and impeccable behaviour throughout the day – a brilliant start to what promises to be an exciting and enriching trip!
