Y5's Trip to York (Group 1)
Our Year 5 children (Group 1) had an unforgettable experience on their residential trip to York! Over the course of the visit, they explored the city's rich history and stunning geography—walking along the ancient city walls, visiting the awe-inspiring York Minster, and learning about Viking life at the Jorvik Centre. They also enjoyed a scenic cruise along the River Ouse, where they observed how York’s geography has shaped its development over time. It was a fantastic opportunity for hands-on learning, adventure, and team-building. We’re thrilled to report that everyone has returned home safely, filled with new knowledge, lasting memories, and big smiles!
